  • Cancellation of Services: If you wish to cancel a booked service (consulting engagement or IT development project), you must notify DevOrbital via email at admin@devorbital.com or phone at +918583095195.
    • Cancellation terms for specific consulting engagements or IT development projects will be detailed in the individual service agreement or proposal, as these often involve custom work and resource allocation.
    • Generally, cancellations made before significant work has commenced may be eligible for a refund, minus any initial costs or fees incurred.
    • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been fully delivered or completed.
  • Refunds for Digital Products: For any digital products occasionally offered:
    • Due to the nature of digital products, sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
    • Refunds for digital products may be considered only in cases of documented technical issues preventing access or use, provided these issues cannot be resolved by our support team. Such requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued via the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery Policy

DevOrbital primarily provides services (consulting and IT development) and digital products. There are generally no physical goods to be “shipped.”

  • Service Delivery: Our services are delivered through scheduled online meetings, remote collaboration tools, and email communication. On-site delivery may occur if explicitly agreed upon.
  • Digital Product Delivery: Any digital products purchased will be delivered electronically, typically via email with a download link or access to a secure portal, immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.
  • Materials: Any project documentation, code, or other deliverables for IT development will be delivered electronically as per the project agreement.
